An experience story
Organize guests in a circle. Couples share an experience from their life. Each person then creates that story in 15 minutes by cutting out pictures, headlines, and articles. You could then switch partners and repeat the activity. Or simply display the stories for everyone to browse throughout the evening.

Chubby Bunny
Each person sits in a circle with a napkin and one large marshmallow. The first person puts the marshmallow in his mouth BUT DOES NOT CHEW OR SWALLOW IT and says "Chubby Bunny!" This continues with the rest of the people in the circle. Then repeat with a second marshmallow, then a third, and so on. You are out if: you chew, you swallow, you spit, you throw up, or you cannot say "Chubby bunny!".

Clothes pins
Give each person 7 clothes pins. On "go" each person must clip his/her clothes pins on someone else's clothes (7 different people). The game continues for about 5 minutes. On STOP, the winner is the one with the fewest pins attached to his/her clothes.

Draw you
Put large paper bags on the heads of four or more guests. Give each person a marker which he/she will use to draw his/her own face as directed by an announcer. "Draw you right eye, then drop your hands to your side. Draw your left ear, then drop your hands to your side" and so forth until everyone is finished.

Empty chair
Set up chairs in a circle facing inward (one chair per couple). The girls sit in the chairs and the boys stand behind each girl with his hands at his side. Then ask one girl to leave the circle (leaving one empty chair). The boys must stare at the girls head and not look up. The boy without a partner winks at one of the girls, who then winks back to acknowledge him. She then tries to get to the other boy's chair before her current partner puts his hands on her shoulders to stop her (he cannot move his hands until she tries to move).

Finish the story
Everyone at the party secretly writes on a piece of paper a sentence or title of two outstanding experiences they have had (funny, embarrassing, happiest, etc.). The host draws a slip of paper and reads one of the experiences to the group. Pick three people to come up and finish the story, including the person who had the experience. After the stories have been told, the rest of the group tries to decide who is telling the truth.

Get Acquainted Game
A good get-acquainted game for a group is to list the name of guest and something you have in common with that guest. And each common trait can only be used once (i.e. same major, same birth month, brother named Dave, etc.). Whoever has the most names/unique traits in common wins a small prize.

I like to eat people s hair
Sit the group in a circle and hand each person a piece of paper (which they do not show anyone else). This paper contains a certain act they have to perform when someone else in the groups says or does something (sometimes leading to a chain reaction). This can be very confusing when someone suddenly yells, "My name's Steve, and I like to eat people's hair." There can be all sorts of different actions that go right in a row based on what the first person did. You could have someone pat his head and because that person did that, someone else would get up and walk around and sit down again. When someone laughs, someone looks at his/her watch, then another person would have this action: "When someone looks at his/her watch, point at them and give an evil smile."

Juliet or Romeo
Arrange chairs in a circle and have everyone except IT sit on a chair. Blindfold IT. IT then sits on someone's lap and asks, "Are you my Juliet or Romeo?" That person answers in a disguised voice while IT tries to guess that person's name (only one guess). If correct, IT replaces the person in the chair, who becomes IT. If incorrect, IT sits on someone else's lap and tries again. After the new IT is blindfolded, everyone switch chairs and continue.

Old hat
Ask each guest to bring an old hat, and bring extras just in case. Sit everyone in a circle, wearing their hats. As the music starts, each person removes his hat from his head and places it on the lap of his neighbor, who moves the hat to the lap of the next person, who picks it up and places it on his own head. The hats keep going around and around until the music stops. Whoever ends up without a hat when the music stops is out of the game. One hat is removed and the game continues.

Pack a cup full of flower
Pack a cup full of flower so tight that when you flip it over it will come out in the shape of the cup. Place a dime carefully on the top of the mound. With knives, each person slices away a portion of the flower mound, and the first person who makes the dime fall, goes "fishing" for it with their teeth...no hands. This is very messy and quite entertaining.

Party starter
Here's a party starter. The host or hostess finds out two or three things about each guest in advance. They could be such things as: A beautiful girl with blonde hair, A boy from Toledo. He likes Spanish foods. Give each guest a list. They must then obtain the signature of the person who matches the description (the two or three items).

Put a finger down
Have the group form a circle with their hands out showing all their fingers. This is a count down game. The point is to say something that you have done, and if others haven't done it, they have to put down a finger. Someone says something about him/herself that is different from those around him/her and the others who don't have that in common or haven't done what that person has done puts a finger down. Whoever has any fingers left out wins (decide on a prize before playing). This game can last for a long time and is very enjoyable when wanting to know the real side of people.

Rick and Rachel
Form a large circle. Two players are selected to be "Rick" and "Rachel". Blindfold one and give the second person a bell. The blindfolded person calls out for "Rick" or "Rachel", who must make an animal call. The blindfolded player must tag the other player (who cannot leave the circle). Once tagged, he/she becomes the blindfolded player, and the former pursuer selects a new "Rick" or "Rachel".

Shoes game
Place chairs facing inward in a circle formation. The girls sit in the chairs with their boy partners on their knees at the girl's feet. The boys take off both of their partner's shoes and toss them into the middle of the circle. Then each boy is blindfolded. On "GO" the boys must retrieve his partner's shoes (with verbal directions from his partner) and put each shoe back correctly on the appropriate foot. When both shoes are put on correctly the girl takes off the boy's blindfold. Continue the game until the last couple does it right!

Toothpick game
Divide up into two teams. Give every team player a toothpick to put in his/her mouth. A marshmallow is passed from teammate to teammate using only the toothpicks (as a variation, leave the toothpick in the marshmallow as you pass it along!). Dropped marshmallows can be moved back one person or to the start of the line.
