Again, this sounds really silly, but little things
like saying thank-you for dinner mean a lot. Well, it's not so much that they mean a lot, but THEIR OMISSION means a hell of a lot, and in a bad way. There is not much worse that to take all the time, money and effort to take someone out and not even get a thank-you out of it. It's so little and it can mean so much.
