Recipe Preparation For the Crepes: Mix the eggs ,milk,and flour ,until you get the right consistency. Spray pan with pam or coat with oil . Over high heat ,pour mixture into pan to coat bottom and pour off excess. Crepe will cook through very quickly and turn on other side for a few seconds.
