Wash apricots. Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until thick and clear. Add nuts and cook 5 minutes.

1/2 c Orange juice
1/4 c Lemon juice
5 c Cold water
2 ts Grated orange rind
1 t Grated lemon rind
2 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Chopped nuts
