okay, most guys are hormonal freaks, but have you sat down & talked to him about the way he makes you feel? just tell him that you want a relationship based on love.. not lust.. & if he truly cares he should understand that, theres a time, a place, & a feeling for having intamcy.

He probably THINKS that you're cueing him that you want se* with the cuddling, kissing, etc. He's a guy and sometimes they just don't understand. Be gentle and explain to him that you JUST want to cuddle. Once you know eachother longer, you'll figure eachother out, what your body language is saying. You both need to be patient.
